Maltreatment Allegations at Court-Martial of USS Bush Investigator

Bush.  Yesterday, that junior officer and other witnesses testified at Curtis' court-martial about an NCO charged with enforcing the law on the ship who himself disobeyed orders, had a difficult time with boundaries, and engaged in sometimes violent horseplay with his subordinates.
