Bozicevich Sentencing Delay

Those who work in the criminal justice field know that old adage about "life is stranger than fiction" is so true.  Here's an example from the formerly capital case involving SGT Joseph Bozicevich.  Last week members convicted him of murdering 2 fellow soldiers in Iraq.  The sentencing case was set to resume this week, but it's now delayed.

The reason?  Lead defense attorney Charlie Gittins injured himself in a skydiving incident over the long weekend.  We wish him a speedy recovery.
